Teamwear for Clubs and Academies

We provide a complete teamwear service for darts academies, pool teams, sports clubs, county teams and national organisations.

Eligible partners can receive free professional artwork and a dedicated online team shop hosted on the INC-APPAREL website. Players, parents and members can order directly from their collection, removing the need for your organisation to purchase and hold stock.

Individual orders can also include free name or initial personalisation on eligible teamwear products.

Professional Design and Approval

Our team will work with you to understand your requirements, including your preferred colours, logos, sponsors, collar style and garment selection.

We then create a digital mock-up for you to review. Production only begins after the final design has been approved and payment has been received, ensuring everyone understands exactly what is being produced.

Teamwear Pricing

Our teamwear service offers competitive pricing for both individual and bulk orders:

• Individual team-shop shirts: £32.50
• Bulk orders of 30 or more shirts: £30 per shirt
• Free personalisation on eligible team-shop orders
• No VAT added

Additional garments and accessories are priced separately. Final pricing depends on the products, quantities and requirements of your team.

Dedicated Online Team Shops

A dedicated INC-APPAREL team shop gives your players and members a simple way to order official teamwear directly.

Your collection can feature approved shirts, jackets, hoodies, midlayers, bags and accessories. This means your organisation does not need to collect individual payments, manage sizes or hold stock.

Dedicated shops, free artwork and partner pricing may require a 12-month exclusive clothing supply agreement.

Production and Delivery

All custom teamwear is made to order. Our standard production time is approximately 3–6 weeks from payment and digital mock-up approval.

Tracking information is provided when an order is dispatched. Because garments are custom-made or personalised, they cannot normally be changed, cancelled or returned once production has started.
