Our Story

Built for players who take their game seriously.

Where It Began

INC-APPAREL was founded out of a genuine love for pub sports — specifically darts and pool. We saw a gap in the market: players who competed at every level, from local leagues to national tournaments, deserved kit that matched their commitment. Poorly fitted, generic shirts and low-quality bags were the norm. We set out to change that.

The Expertise Behind the Kit

INC-APPAREL isn't just run by someone who loves sport — it's built on a career spent inside it. Our founder Dan Pengelly holds a degree in Coaching & Physical Education and spent over a decade coaching across multiple sports disciplines, working with athletes at every stage of development.

That career evolved into personal training and strength & conditioning coaching — disciplines that demand a deep, practical understanding of how the body moves, performs, and recovers. And central to that understanding is this: what you wear matters. Performance sportswear isn't about aesthetics alone. The right fit, fabric, and construction directly affects how a player moves, feels, and focuses under pressure.

That lived experience is baked into every INC-APPAREL product. When we talk about performance-led design, it's not a marketing line — it comes from years on the coaching floor, seeing first-hand what separates kit that performs from kit that gets in the way.
