Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including any customized or personalized products. This includes any garment that has had a name or logo added, moved, or removed, and any club shop purchase with a club badge embroidered or printed.

Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to make a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, you can send it back to us including evidence of purchase to the following address:

PL6 6FX If your return is accepted, we will refund your return if the item is deemed faulty. Any item that is not returned in the same condition that it was dispatched, including the original packaging, will be rejected.

It is your responsibility as a customer to organised and pay for a returns label.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 14 days via email if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Failure to do so will result in an ineligible return and refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Digital Mock-Up Representation

INC does its best to accurately represent the colours in the digital mock-up. However, INC has no control over its customers' monitor settings (colours, resolution, etc.), so we cannot guarantee the colours will be exactly as they appear on the website. Additionally, some digital mock-ups are made in RGB colour but printed in Pantone colours, which can cause a minor difference in appearance. We will happily refund or exchange an item within the specified period as set out in the returns and exchanges section, but the above will not be considered as faulty or wrong items.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Faulty or Not as Described Items: We will refund the postage cost of your return.
  • Change of Mind on Custom Items: Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless they are faulty. If a customer changes their mind about a custom clothing item, we are not required to accept the return or provide a free returns label.

This policy ensures compliance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
