Delivery Services
Deliveries will be made by Royal Mail, Yodel, or Evri, Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and bank holidays, with shipping costs based on the weight of the product and the location of the destination.
Delivery charges for orders dispatched within the United Kingdom are inclusive of VAT and include all costs related to the shipping of orders to the requested address.
What if I am not at home when they deliver?
We recommend you use an address where someone will be available to receive the delivery. Many customers prefer using a work address, which you may specify during the checkout process.
However, if you are out, the normal procedure is for the courier service to leave a “Sorry We Missed You” card. This card will explain why your parcel couldn’t be delivered and provide instructions on how you can collect your item or arrange a redelivery.
Please note that we cannot accept liability for any delivery instructions issued by the customer to the courier company. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location (e.g., shed, garage, with a neighbor), we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive your parcel.
Express Delivery
Express shipping is typically 1 to 3 days from the time your order is dispatched. Due to the unique decoration and customization of each item, it takes some time to prepare orders before shipping. The express delivery time frame only applies once your parcel has left our facility.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email along with a tracking code so that you can monitor the progress of your parcel via the selected courier’s tracking system.
Standard Delivery
If you choose Standard Shipping, your order will typically arrive within 3 to 5 days from the time it has been dispatched.
Overseas & International Delivery
International delivery times may vary due to the available courier services and the ever-changing logistics landscape. Shipping times will depend on the destination and courier availability. We strive to ensure international orders are delivered as efficiently as possible, but delays beyond our control may occur. Tracking information will be provided when available.
