EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To request withdrawal, please use our withdrawal request process and provide:

Your full name

Your email address

Your order number or order reference

The product or products you wish to withdraw from

Once your request has been submitted, we will send you confirmation by email.

Please note: the right of withdrawal may not apply to goods that are made to order, personalised, customised, or produced to your specific requirements. This includes personalised shirts, custom teamwear, personalised names, initials, logos, sponsor placements, custom colours, bespoke designs, and other made-to-order garments.

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
