Q: How do I place a custom shirt order?
STEP 1 - CHOOSE YOUR OPTIONS
Choose your shirt style by selecting which collar option you would like eg. Pro1 collar, Zip polo collar, button polo collar or round neck.
STEP 2 - CUSTOMIZATION PROCESS
Select your size - upload your logos - add your nicknames - choose your logo positions - add a pocket - add additional instructions eg.
STEP 3 - ADD TO CART AND CHECKOUT
Add your shirt to your cart and checkout. You will then receive an automatic order number via email eg. #1111.
STEP 4 - REVIEW AND CONFIRM YOUR DIGITAL MOCK UP
Once you have received your digital mock up via email, review it thoroughly and confirm that it is ready to be manufactured.
STEP 5 - DISPATCH
When your order is dispatched you will receive an automatic tracking number via email.
Q: What sizes are available?
Our clothing ranges from 4 extra small youth up to adult 10XL. Our size charts are included in our quick links in the footer fo the website and on each clothing product page.
Q: How do I use the size guide to get the best fit?
To get the best possible fit, we highly recommend measuring your chest and matching it to the size chart on the product page. Here’s how:
- Measure around the fullest part of your chest (under the arms and across the shoulder blades).
- Use our size guide to find the closest match.
- Size up for a more relaxed fit, especially for darts shirts.
📏 Accurate chest measurements are the most important part of getting the right size – don't rely on standard clothing sizes alone.
Q: Can I order non-custom darts shirts too?
Absolutely. We offer ready-to-wear designs from our latest ranges (like Blade, Reaper, Chronic, and more) that are available without customisation.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
Clothing: Made to order and typically take 4–8 weeks to produce and deliver.
PRO1 Flights, Points and Stems: Usually shipped within 3–5 working days.

Yes, we ship worldwide! 🌍 Please note that international orders may be subject to customs charges, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Q: Can I return or exchange my shirt?
🛑 Customised and personalised clothing is non-refundable or returnable. Please read our https://inc-apparel.com/pages/returns before ordering.
Non-customised items can be returned within 14 days if unworn and in original condition.
Logos & Artwork
Q: What file type should I upload for my logo?
For the best printing results, we prefer Adobe Illustrator (.AI) files. However, if you don’t have access to Illustrator, please upload the highest quality image you have (such as PNG, PDF, or SVG).
If your logo has a background you'd like removed, we recommend using Remove.bg before uploading.
Q: How do I ensure the colours and design will be exactly like the digital mock-up?
The only way to get the most accurate results is to use our Pantone Colour Chart, which helps match colours precisely across different screens and printing methods.
