As one of the leading darts and pool performance apparel brands in the UK, INC-APPAREL is committed to supporting athletes and teams who compete at a recognised level, represent their sport professionally and help showcase INC-APPAREL on competitive stages across the UK, Europe and beyond.
Our sponsorship programme is split into four clear tiers:

Our Mission
Our mission is simple:
To support professional, semi-professional and high-level youth athletes while showcasing INC-APPAREL as a leading performance apparel brand within darts, pool, snooker and cue sports.
We want to work with players who compete with ambition, represent themselves professionally, and are proud to wear INC-APPAREL at major tournaments, competitions and events.

What Sponsored Athletes Receive
Each INC-APPAREL sponsorship tier includes a clear product support package. Sponsorship is reviewed annually, with additional support offered where stated and based on continued activity, promotion, professionalism and brand value.

This is subject to continued tournament activity, brand promotion, social media support and professional representation of INC-APPAREL.
Annual Review
INCPRO sponsorships are reviewed annually. Continued or increased support will depend on tournament exposure, promotional activity, apparel sales, content provided and overall value to the partnership.

INC DEVELOPMENT sponsorships are reviewed annually. Additional support may be considered based on results, progression, activity level, promotion of INC-APPAREL and potential to move towards TEAM INC or INCPRO status.

Competitive Darts and Pool Team Sponsorship
INC TEAMS members receive:

π¦ No requirement for the team to purchase or hold stock
π€ Free player-name or initials personalisation on individual orders, normally Β£2.50 each
π· Discounted team pricing with no minimum order once the shop is live

Annual Review
INC TEAMS agreements are reviewed annually. Continued support will depend on team activity, apparel orders, brand visibility, promotional support, content provided and the teamβs overall professionalism.

Professional Player Sponsorship
INCPRO is the highest sponsorship tier offered by INC-APPAREL and is reserved for professional players only.
This tier is designed for players competing at the highest level of their sport, including recognised professional tours, major televised events, livestreamed tournaments, international competitions and professional ranking events.

Semi-Professional National Player Sponsorship
TEAM INC is our middle sponsorship tier for semi-professional players who represent their country.
This tier is designed for players who are competing at a high standard, have achieved national team selection, and are representing their country at junior, youth, adult or international level, but are not yet full professional players.

TEAM INC is suitable for:

π National team players competing at a high level

Youth Player Development Sponsorship
INC DEVELOPMENT is our sponsorship tier for high-level youth players who have been officially selected and are currently representing their nation in recognised international competition. Applicants must also demonstrate strong results, regular competitive activity, professionalism and clear long-term potential within darts, pool, snooker or cue sports.
Who Is INC DEVELOPMENT For?
INC DEVELOPMENT is suitable for:
π Youth players currently and officially representing their nation
π Players selected by a recognised national governing body or national organisation
π― Junior darts, pool, snooker and cue sports players competing internationally
π Players showing strong results, progression and future potential
π² Young players with a positive and professional social media presence
π€ Players who can represent and promote INC-APPAREL professionally
County, regional, academy or development-tour representation alone does not meet the eligibility requirements for INC DEVELOPMENT sponsorship.

Competitive Darts and Pool Team Sponsorship
INC TEAMS is our dedicated part-sponsorship tier for competitive darts and pool teams seeking professional custom teamwear and an ongoing apparel partnership.
This tier removes the need for teams to fund or hold stock. Team members can order directly from a dedicated online shop while benefiting from exclusive artwork, free personalisation and discounted pricing.
Who Is INC TEAMS For?
INC TEAMS is suitable for:
π― Established darts teams competing in recognised leagues, tournaments or team championships
π± Established 8 ball, nineball and other recognised pool teams
π Teams competing regularly at local, regional, county, national or international level
π
Teams with a confirmed competition schedule and active roster
π² Teams able to promote INC-APPAREL through social media and tournament content
π Teams permitted to wear custom third-party apparel at their competitions
π€ Teams willing to enter into a 12-month exclusive clothing agreement with INC-APPAREL
β Teams that can represent INC-APPAREL positively and professionally
Applications from temporary teams assembled for a single event may be considered where there is sufficient competitive exposure, promotional value or potential for an ongoing partnership.
INC TEAMS Benefits
Selected INC TEAMS members receive:
π¨ Free artwork to create a custom collection of garments once a 12-month exclusive clothing agreement has been signed
π A free dedicated online team shop hosted on the INC-APPAREL website
π₯ Individual ordering, allowing players to order and pay directly
π¦ No requirement for the team to purchase or hold stock
π€ Free personalisation on individual orders, including player names or initials, normally Β£2.50 each
π· Discounted pricing with no minimum order once the team shop is live
β Reward points on eligible purchases, which can be converted into money off future orders
π² Possible INC-APPAREL social media promotion where appropriate
INC TEAMS Pricing
π· Β£32.50 per shirt for individual orders through the online team shop, normally Β£44.99
π· Β£30 per shirt for bulk orders of 30 or more shirts, compared with Β£39.99 retail
β Optional chest pocket: Β£2.50
International customers are responsible for shipping costs and any applicable import duties, customs charges or local taxes.
INC TEAMS Expectations
INC TEAMS members are expected to:
π Sign and comply with a 12-month exclusive clothing agreement
π Use INC-APPAREL as the teamβs exclusive custom clothing and playing-shirt supplier during the agreement
π Display at least two clearly visible INC-APPAREL logos on sponsored team shirts
π― Wear the agreed INC-APPAREL apparel at team events where permitted
π² Tag INC-APPAREL in relevant social media posts featuring the apparel
πΈ Provide clear team photographs, videos, results and event updates where possible

Allow INC-APPAREL to use approved team images and content for marketing purposes
π Keep INC-APPAREL informed of major competitions and achievements
π€ Represent INC-APPAREL professionally and positively
π Confirm that INC-APPAREL clothing and branding comply with applicable tournament rules
The agreement does not prevent individual players from maintaining separate sponsorship arrangements for darts, cues or other equipment, provided those arrangements do not conflict with INC-APPARELβs exclusive clothing rights.
Sponsorship Limitations
INC TEAMS is a product and teamwear partnership. Free shirts, entry fees, travel, accommodation, equipment and direct financial support are not included as standard.
Additional support may only be considered where there is a clear and measurable commercial return for INC-APPAREL.

Please note that sponsorship spaces are limited, and not all applicants will be accepted.
Important Note About Sponsorship
INC-APPAREL sponsorship is based on product support, apparel visibility, promotional value and brand partnership.
INC-APPAREL does not provide direct financial sponsorship as standard.
Financial support for travel, entry fees or tournament costs is not included as standard and will only be considered for selected INCPRO athletes where there is a clear commercial return.
General Expectations for Sponsored Athletes
All sponsored athletes must:

Athletes must demonstrate professionalism, sportsmanship and positive conduct at all times.
π Compete in High-Level Events
Athletes must share their upcoming tournament plans and relevant event schedule.
π² Promote INC-APPAREL Online
Athletes must tag INC-APPAREL and include INC-APPAREL links in relevant posts featuring tournaments, achievements or sponsored apparel.
πΈ Provide Content and Updates
Athletes should provide photos, videos, event updates and results where possible.
π Maintain Brand Visibility
Athletes should wear INC-APPAREL products at agreed events where permitted and ensure INC-APPAREL branding is clearly visible.

All sponsorships are reviewed regularly to ensure the partnership is working for both the athlete and INC-APPAREL.

This offer is designed to help academies access professional custom teamwear without the need for upfront stock costs.
