How do I design my own shirt?

You can design your own shirt by visiting our Custom Darts Shirt page and placing an order through the website.

Once your order is placed, our design team will create a digital mock-up based on the colours, logos, name, nickname and design notes you provide.

Your design will be sent to you for approval before production begins.


Can I see my product design before I purchase one?

We do not usually provide full design mock-ups before an order has been placed.

Once your order is placed, we will create a digital mock-up and send it to you for approval before production.

For academies, teams or clubs, please contact us with your logo, preferred colours and order details, and we can advise on the best option.


Do you offer team discounts?

Yes, we offer discounted pricing for teams, clubs, academies and bulk orders.

Discounts depend on the product and quantity ordered.

For team orders of 10 or more shirts, please contact us with the quantity, product type and any design details so we can provide the best price.


Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free UK shipping on orders over £99.

Free shipping will be applied automatically at checkout when your order qualifies.


Do you have active discount codes or promotions?

Any active discounts or promotions will usually be shown on our website, social media pages or email newsletters.

We also offer INC-APPAREL reward points, where customers can earn points on eligible orders and redeem them for money off future purchases.


How do reward points work?

You earn 5 reward points for every £1 spent on eligible orders.

You can redeem your points for money off future orders.

100 points = £1 off

To use your points, log in to your customer account, click the Rewards button on our website, select Order Discount, copy your discount code and enter it at checkout.

You need at least 100 points before you can redeem a reward.


How long is delivery?

After we have received payment and final design approval, our current estimated production time is 3–6 weeks.

This includes artwork approval, production, quality control and dispatch.

Please note that delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed, especially for customised and personalised products.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we currently ship worldwide.

For orders outside the UK, please note that customs charges, import taxes or local delivery fees may apply. These charges are set by your country and are the customer’s responsibility.


Can I update my order?

If your order has not yet gone into production, we may be able to help with changes.

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the changes you would like to make.

Once a custom or personalised order has been approved and moved into production, changes can no longer be made.


What is your return policy?

Customised and personalised products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless faulty.

Please check all names, sizes, colours and design details carefully before approving your mock-up.

What are your shipping details?

UK shipping options are shown at checkout.

Orders over £99 qualify for free UK shipping.

For customised and personalised garments, shipping takes place after production has been completed. Our estimated production time is currently 3–6 weeks from final approval.

Can I track my order?

If tracking is available for your order, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

For custom and personalised products, tracking will not be available until production is complete and the order has been shipped.


Can I approve my digital mock-up?

Yes. We require approval before moving custom and personalised products into production.

Please reply to your mock-up email confirming that you are happy for production to begin.

Production cannot begin until approval has been received.


Can I make changes to my digital mock-up?

Yes, one revision is included at the mock-up stage.

Please send any changes clearly by replying to your mock-up email.

Once the design has been approved and moved into production, no further changes can be made.


Are personalised shirts refundable?

No. Customised and personalised shirts are non-refundable and non-returnable unless faulty.

This includes shirts with names, nicknames, logos, custom colours, team designs or personalised details.

Please check your mock-up carefully before approval.


Do you supply academies and clubs?

Yes, we supply darts academies, clubs, teams and organisations across the UK and beyond.

We can create custom shirts, online team shops and matching products such as hoodies, sleeves, jackets, midlayers, backpacks and kit bags.

Please contact us with your academy or club details and we will be happy to help.


Can parents and players order academy products directly?

Yes. For academy and team shops hosted on our website, parents and players can order directly from the INC-APPAREL website.

This means the academy does not need to hold stock or collect individual payments.


Do you offer bulk orders?

Yes, we offer bulk order options for teams, clubs, academies, retailers and organisations.

Please contact us with the quantity, product type, logos and design requirements, and we can advise on pricing and the next steps.


Can I add my logo to a shirt?

Yes, we can add logos to custom shirts and teamwear.

Please send your logo in the best quality you have. Vector files are preferred where possible, but high-resolution PNG or JPEG files may also be suitable.


What file type should I send for my logo?

The best file types are:

AI, EPS, PDF, SVG or high-resolution PNG.

Please avoid screenshots or very low-quality images where possible, as they may not print clearly.


Do you offer custom darts shirts?

Yes, custom darts shirts are one of our main products.

You can choose your colours, add logos, names, nicknames and personal details, and our design team will create a digital mock-up before production.


Do you offer custom pool shirts?

Yes, we offer custom pool shirts for players, teams, clubs and leagues.

You can personalise your shirt with colours, logos, names, nicknames and sponsors.


Can I order matching teamwear?

Yes, we offer a range of matching teamwear, including hoodies, quarter zip midlayers, tournament jackets, sleeves, backpacks and kit bags.

Availability may depend on the design and product range.


What happens after I place a custom order?

After you place your order, our design team will review your details and create a digital mock-up.

The mock-up will be sent to you for approval.

Once approved, your order will move into production.

Our current estimated production time is 3–6 weeks from approval.


Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been designed or moved into production, please contact us as soon as possible and we will review your request.

Once a personalised or custom order has been approved and moved into production, it cannot be cancelled.


Why has my order not gone into production yet?

Custom and personalised orders cannot move into production until the digital mock-up has been approved.

Please check your email inbox and junk folder for your mock-up email.

Once approval is received, your order can move into production.


Can I use more than one discount code?

Discount codes and reward discount codes may not always be combinable with other promotions, sale offers, automatic discounts or discount codes.

If a code does not work at checkout, it may not be eligible to combine with another offer.
